The Victory Injury Prevention (V.I.P.) program is a 6 week scientifically backed ACL injury prevention program, that can decrease your risk of an ACL tear by 50-75%! Our goal is to improve athletic performance, build injury resilience, and improve confidence. Our program is designed for all athletes aged 12-18. Our certified strength and conditioning staff will help you reach higher athletic potential.

When is the V.I.P. 2022 program?

The V.I.P. Program is every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, from July 6th to August 12th. Pre-testing is June 27th-29th.  

Why the V.I.P. program?

Approximately 80,000- 250,000 ACL injuries happen every year, with 70% being non-contact in nature. The average cost of an ACL reconstruction is $4,622, plus the cost of 6 months of physical therapy, and in addition, time lost from sport. The Victory Injury Prevention program can reduce ACL injuries by 50-75%, decreasing cost and time away from sport for only $350 per participant!

Who would benefit from the V.I.P. program?

Anyone who is an athlete can benefit from the Victory Injury Prevention program! Those who are 12-18 years old and especially those who are female athletes are the most at risk for ACL injuries.

What to expect from the V.I.P. program?

Pre-testing: Pre-testing will help us gain baseline measurements of each athlete’s ability so they can be challenged appropriately and safely. Pre-testing will begin the week before the start of the program from June 27-29. After sign-up you will be contacted to schedule your pre-test time. Program: Each day starts with a dynamic warm-up and has a focus on sprinting, change of direction/agility, or plyometrics. Then we transition to strength-based training to improve injury resiliency and sports performance. Each session will be approximately 1 hour. Post-testing: Post-testing will take place during the last week of the program, a summary of the results will be sent to your email.
