Yes, laser therapy is a light treatment. No heating is involved with the surgical or metal implants. It can be used safely with no known side effects. It is extremely effective for post-operative wound healing. Many hip and knee replacement patients see us for care.

We travelled from Winnipeg, Canada to see Dr.P and his team! He did the BEAR procedure on my 13 year old son Liam. ... We are very impressed with the whole experience we recieved from initial contact with Dr.P to the post op care, and even now when we are back in Canada still recieving support for our son . The BEAR procedure is cutting edge medicine and we are yet to see how successful the the technology is but we are all definitely impressed with the level of care we recieved. Dr. Pietropaoli and his team at VSM recently performed the first non-research study, FDA approved on label BEAR... procedure in the USA on our daughter.
