Steve P. Berwind, RN, MSN, NP-C is a Certified Nurse Practitioner and joined Victory Sports Medicine & Orthopedics in 2002. He has over 20 years in orthopedics as a healthcare professional. He has significant experience treating patients of various ages and conditions. He has helped thousands of patients from young children to college athletes to senior citizens return to their active lifestyles.
Steve received his Bachelors of Science from the State University of New York School of Nursing, Utica, NY and his Masters of Science from the State University of New York School of Nursing, Binghamton, NY. Steve is board certified nurse practitioner and a registered professional nurse in New York State.
Steve has been and continues to be very active in athletics and has a keen interest in Sports Medicine. He serves as a women’s college basketball referee and has refereed at the Division III Women’s college basketball Final Four. Steve also provides sideline medical coverage for many area high school and collegiate sporting events.
